How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, first, log into your customer account. From there, you can select to option to view the order. Once you have clicked purchase, you will be able to see if it has been fulfilled, shipped. If you checked out as a guest, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to check the status of your order.
All shipments are tracked. Once the order is placed and fulfilled you will revive a tracking number. If you have not received it, please check spam mail. Otherwise please email us at email@example.com with your order confirmation number.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship 1-2 days after the date of purchase. Shipping internationally generally takes 6 to 17 days.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase.
Thirsty Dog Bottle is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery centre and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
