What our return policy?
We hope you love your purchase from Thirsty Dog Bottle, however, if you would like to return an item for store credit please email harry@thirstydogbottle.com, and we will send you the return instructions. Items purchased from Thirsty Dog Bottle may be returned for store credit within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.
Please note, we reserve the right to deny returns if the items have been used, damaged, or do not meet our standards of recovery. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your return with tracking. Thirsty Dog Bottle is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail. 
We do not cover return shipping costs. If you would like to exchange for a new item, we will wait until the returned is received before sending out a new article.  Please email harry@thirstydogbottle.com with any questions before purchasing if you are uncertain about an item.
My switch on my Thirsty Dog Bottle is jammed?
If this happens to you, we recommend putting the bottle through a dishwashing cycle and then using the lip of the bottle or edge of a table to apply force to get the switch to move. Jamming can occur when sand or dirt enter the internals of the bottle. 
What's your privacy policy?
Your privacy is important to us. At Thirsty Dog Bottle, we only collect information necessary to complete your order or to get in touch with you regarding your order. Data collected at checkout includes name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and telephone number. We will never store your credit card information. We will also never sell your personal information to a third party. We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time. If changes are made, you'll be informed via the email address in your customer account.
Is this site secure?
All personal information submitted through this site is protected. No information is ever disclosed to any third parties. The thirsty dog bottle server uses special encryption to make sure the private information provided during the purchase process stays secure. Johan will never store credit card information. Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorised use is produced by using advanced SSL ( Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, first, log into your customer account. From there, you can select to option to view the order. Once you have clicked purchase, you will be able to see if it has been fulfilled, shipped. If you checked out as a guest, please contact harry@thirstydogbottle.com to check the status of your order.
When will my order ship?

Your order will ship 1-2 days after the date of purchase. You can always log in to your customer account or use the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email to track packages if you have selected tracked shipping.
